1. Our service
Road Safe Mobile Inspection ("we", "us") provides independent mobile vehicle inspection services. Inspections are visual and operational assessments of the vehicle's condition at the time of inspection and do not constitute a guarantee or warranty of the vehicle.
2. Bookings
Bookings made through this website are requests and are confirmed once we contact you. We reserve the right to reschedule due to access, weather or safety reasons. Times are estimates and may vary.
3. Reports
Reports reflect our reasonable professional opinion based on the inspection performed and the access available on the day. Concealed or intermittent faults may not be detectable. Reports are provided for the client's use only.
4. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the inspection. We are not liable for the decision to purchase or not purchase any vehicle. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
